  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

  • Email support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes

  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals

SMALL GROUPS

All together we'll learn:

  • Set your own personal goals through the group and through its individuals. 

  • empower yourself through providing and receiving ongoing support and guidance as you set  personal goals

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be

  • Create your personal blueprint
